Australian Student Visa GS Document Checklist
General Documents (For All Sponsors)
- Affidavit of Sponsorship (Support) from each sponsors
- Income Verification from Ward (or from CA)
- Relationship verification from Ward
- Citizenship of all included in the relationship verification
- No Objection Certificate (NOC)
For Salaried Income:
- Letter from employer stating the salary, position and start date
- PAN Card
- Bank statements showing salary deposit for the last 6-12 months
- Tax Clearance Certificate from IRD for the last 1-3 fiscal years
- ID card and Visiting card (if applicable and available)
- TDS statement for the current fiscal year (if applicable)
For Business Income (complete ownership):
- Business Registration and PAN/VAT Registration
- Audit Report for the last fiscal year
- Tax Clearance certificate for the last 1-3 fiscal years
- Bank statements showing transactions of the company for the last 6-12 months
For Business Income (partial ownership):
- Business Registration and PAN/VAT Registration
- Audit Report for the last fiscal year
- Tax Clearance certificate for the last 1-3 fiscal years
- Bank statements showing transactions of the company for the last 6-12 months
- Share Lagat showing the share distribution among shareholders
For Income from House Rent:
- Rental Agreement between the owner and the tenant
- Citizenship of the tenant (if individual) or PAN/VAT of the tenant (if company)
- Lalpurja of the property
- Property Tax Receipts for the last 3 years
- Rental Tax Receipts for the last 1 year – 3 years
- Tax Clearance letter from the ward
- Bank statements showing deposits of the rent for the last 6-12 months
For Income from Land Lease:
- Lease Agreement between the owner and the tenant
- Citizenship of the tenant (if individual) or PAN/VAT of the tenant (if company)
- Lalpurja of the property
- Property Tax Receipts for the last 3 years
- Rental Tax Receipts for the last 1 year – 3 years
- Tax Clearance letter from the ward
- Bank statements showing deposits of the lease amount for the last 6-12 months
For Agriculture Income:
- Land Ownership Certificates (Lalpurja / Land Deed) of the agricultural land
- Letter from Ward stating the details of the agro products
- Letter from any company (dairy, farm, etc) where the products are sold
- Any bills to prove the sale of agricultural products
- Photos of the land/farm/shed/crop to validate the claim
For Pension Income:
- Pension patta / book
- Bank statements showing the pension income deposits for the last 6-12 months
For Foreign Income:
- Letter from Employer stating the full name, position, salary and date of joining of the employee
- Bank statements (in the foreign country) or passbook
- Bank statements (in Nepal) if they've been sending money to Nepal regularly
- Visa of the employee
- ID Card of the employee
For Education Loan:
- Loan Offer letter
- Disbursement letter
- Loan Account Statement after tuition fees is sent
- Rokka paper
- Property Valuation book provided by the bank
- Lalpurja of the property used as collateral
- Property tax receipts of the property used as collateral for the last 3 fiscal years
For Savings & Fixed Deposits:
- Bank statements for the last 6 months (showing savings balance)
- Fixed Deposit Certificates / Receipts (if any)
- Letter from the bank confirming the total balance and lien (if any)If large recent deposits (e.g., from property sale), provide:
- Lalpurja and Rajinama document (stating seller, buyer, amount)
- Bank statements showing the amount deposited
- Malpot and Tax receipts of the sale
- Proof of deposit (Cheques, deposit slips, etc)
