1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

2. Services Provided

Veltara Consultants provides:

• University application assistance
• Visa consultation and documentation support
• Pre-departure orientation
• Career counseling for international education

We do not guarantee admission or visa approval, as these decisions are made by third parties.

3. Client Responsibilities

As our client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Meet all application deadlines
• Pay required fees to universities and government agencies
• Inform us of any changes to your contact information

4. Fees and Payments

Our service fees are as follows:

• Initial consultation: Free
• University application service: NPR 15,000-50,000 depending on destination
• Visa processing service: NPR 10,000-30,000

All fees are non-refundable once services have been rendered. University and visa application fees are separate.

5. Limitation of Liability

Veltara Consultants shall not be liable for:

• Decisions made by universities or immigration authorities
• Changes in immigration policies
• Delays caused by third parties
• Inaccurate information provided by the client
